Payer enrollments Updated July 28, 2026

The payer is asking for more. What are enrollment tasks?

Sometimes the payer says: almost, but we need a few things first. Those things arrive as tasks on the enrollment page, and they are the heart of that page.

There are three kinds, and each is handled differently:

  • A question to answer. Click Complete, type what the payer asked for, then mark it complete.
  • An instruction to follow. Nothing to type and nothing to attach. You do what it asks outside the app, then come back and press Mark done.
  • A form to sign and upload. Download the form the payer prefilled for you, sign it, then upload the signed file. It attaches to the task, and a copy lives in the Documents section so you always have it.

Do them in the order the payer wants them. When all of them are done, the page says so: it is waiting on the payer.

Then wait a few minutes and press Check for an update. A test payer answers in about a minute. Real payers usually take two to five. The status changes on screen when they decide.

If an enrollment seems stuck, ask the assistant what is blocking it. It reads the enrollment and explains in plain words what is standing in the way, and what to do about it.
