What has the assistant been doing, and what did it cost?

There is one page that answers both questions. In the left menu, open Agent activity.

Read the note at the top first: metadata only, no patient information shown. This page records what the assistant did, never what it read about a person.

A summary by agent comes first. The claim assistant, the dashboard assistant, the bill importer, each on its own row, with how many times it ran, how many finished cleanly, the average cost and the total.

Then every recent run, one line each. The time it ran, which agent, which claim, whether it finished, its cost, and how much it read and wrote. Click any run and it takes you to the exact claim it worked on. The receipt points straight at the work.

The whole bill lives on the Costs page, under Admin. It shows what the platform spent over the last thirty days, broken down honestly: how much went to the clearinghouse for real payer traffic, and how much was the assistant’s own thinking. Your monthly budget sits next to it with a bar that fills as you spend, and it says plainly, in red, when an account is over budget.

Your assistant is not a black box. Every run is listed, every cost is out in the open down to the cent, and it always asks before it acts.
